    Past research projects have explored cultural resiliency and traumatic loss, focusing on how diverse populations navigate grief and loss through unique cultural lenses. These studies underscore the importance of incorporating cultural contexts into counselor education programs to enhance understanding and support for clients from varied backgrounds.

    Currently, we are examining the impact of psychosomatic therapies and ancient medicinal practices on autoimmune health and traumatic grief recovery. This independent study aims to bridge the gap between traditional health practices and contemporary psychosomatic approaches, providing insight into how these modalities can enhance resilience and healing in individuals grappling with both physical and emotional challenges.

    Through this research, we strive to deepen our understanding of the interplay between the mind and body in the context of trauma and wellbeing, fostering a holistic approach to recovery and health.
