What to Expect
Making the choice to begin this journey is an act of loving kindness towards yourself. The first few sessions will be spent determining if Renewed Inergy is a good fit and creating a road map for the therapeutic process. If not, we will be sure to help you find a space that better suits your needs.
Psychotherapy can be time-limited or an ongoing process of deep personal healing and growth. Together, you and your therapist will establish mutually agreed-upon goals. Individual sessions are 50 minutes weekly to begin with. Our goals and road map for therapy will then determine what your therapist recommends for continued session length and frequency.
You can expect to receive directed homework and self-care management practices in-between sessions. You and your therapist will also explore alternative treatment options such as Mind-Body Therapy, EMDR, and other resources and referrals.
Our clients are ready to put in the work to create an emotionally sounds space for healing and renewed (in)ergy.
Session Fees
Session Payment
It is the client’s responsibility to provide payment at the time of service. Renewed (IN)ERGY accepts cash, all major credit cards, check, money order, Health Savings Account (HSA) card, or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card.
We are an ‘out of network’ provider with most insurance plans. Insurance panels require us to diagnose clients with a mental disorder, and limits the type and length of treatment we can provide. Not participating with insurance means that we can maintain your privacy and flexibility in the therapy process.
In an effort to empower clients to maintain control of their health records, we encourage you to make the best decision for you. We encourage you to contact your provider prior to the initial session to inquire about your “out-of-network” benefits to be clear of their policy for reimbursement.
You are responsible for full session fees at the time of our appointment; however, depending on your insurance plan, a certain percentage of that may be reimbursed to you by your insurance provider. We can provide you with a form to send in to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Accessibility is an important factor when seeking services; therefore, we are in-network providers with some insurance carriers. Contact us for information.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact your clinician as soon as possible, as that session slot could be utilized by another client. Please note that 24-hour advance cancellation or rescheduling of appointments is required in order to avoid being billed for the session. If you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24-hour time frame, or no-show for an appointment, you will be charged your full session fee.
