Join us for our weekly PsychoSomatic Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice, designed to nurture the body, calm the mind, and foster deep relaxation. This session invites participants to slow down and cultivate a sense of inner peace through gentle movements and mindful breathing.

As we move mindfully, we will create a tranquil physical environment that invites you to let go of stress and tension, restoring your soul through deep, intentional breathing and restorative poses. The practice will culminate in a soothing Yoga Nidra session, where you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation, allowing for integration and healing. Each week, we will draw upon themes of Rest and Peace, supporting one another in a community devoted to wholeness and liberation.
